How to change my payment details

Managing your payment details is done through the My Account page.

Change your card details

  1. Login and select Dashboard from the top menu.
  2. Select the Subscriptions tab.
  3. Select Update.
  4. Enter the name that appears on the new card.
  5. Enter the Card number, expiry date, and CVC (the three digits on the back of your card).
  6. Some cards will also require a ZIP code to be entered.

To get a copy of your receipt

  1. Login and select Dashboard from the top menu.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Select PDF.
  4. Depending on your web browser, your invoice will be displayed or you will be prompted to download a copy.
