How to I get a refund?
Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of your initial subscription.
This means that only one refund will be process per Premium membership.
To request a refund…
- Login and select Dashboard from the top menu.
- Select the Subscriptions tab.
- Select Cancel.
- On the confirmation page, read the message and if you still want to cancel, select No thanks, I just want to cancel my subscription.
- You’ll be redirected back to your Dashboard.
- You will receive an email confirming that you cancelled your subscription.
- Select the Site Help tab.
- In the support request form, choose Other from the drop-down.
- In the message area, type your message letting me know that you’re requesting a refund then, submit the form.
- Once your refund is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Your refund can take a few days to come through to your account.
You will continue to have access until your refund is processed after which, you will revert to a Free Pass.
