How to I get a refund?

Please note

Once you cancel your subscription, you cannot 'uncancel' it.

You must register for a Monthly or Annual pass again.

The fee for an Annual or Monthly pass that applies at that time will apply.

Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of your initial subscription.

This means that only one refund will be process per Premium membership.

To request a refund…

  1. Login and select Dashboard from the top menu.
  2. Select the Subscriptions tab.
  3. Select Cancel.
  4. On the confirmation page, read the message and if you still want to cancel, select No thanks, I just want to cancel my subscription.
  5. You’ll be redirected back to your Dashboard.
  6. You will receive an email confirming that you cancelled your subscription.
  7. Select the Site Help tab.
  8. In the support request form, choose Other from the drop down.
  9. In the message area, type your message letting us know that you’re requesting a refund then, submit the form.
  10. Once we process your refund, we’ll send you an email. Your refund can take a few days to come through to your account.

You will continue to have access until your refund is processed after which, you will revert to a Free Pass.
